Lucy is Sue's roommate and best friend. She is the team rotor, the unit's office manager and "base coordinator." Lucy is a student of ASL. She is close to her mother, although her father died some years ago. She is also close to her paternal grandmother. Lucy also dated Myles briefly, which ended badly.

After unpacking her bags in her room Morgan takes a walk out side to Rocky Shallows and sits down on a big rock and looks out at the scenery. Smiles to herself thinking there can not be a more amazing sight anywhere in the world. Sighs and takes a deep breath and looks around. Stands and hops down off the rock and looks around for little rocks to skip into the water around her.

Walks a bit before she sees some bends down and picks a few up and starts skimming them across the water and then walks down and finds some more. Walks over to get them and trips over a rock and lands on her behind and sighs to herself and just sits there and lays back down looking up at the sky. Imagines the world as if it was at peace and nothing could or would harm such an amazing and wonderful place full on enchantment and awe.
